Purchasing was easy with the assistance of the salesperson. Very positive experience.

Was okay, I guess, took me 3 or 4 days just to update and install apps then glitched the while time after, returned within 10 days. I would definitely recommend this to a normal computer user, but I needed it for photoshop and different advanced IT tasks.

Only complaint is its a little slow starting up but once it starts up no complaints

Only had the laptop for only a few days but I like it so far. No problem has of yet.

I use it for work. Does great. Easy to work with. Had the same PC before this one.

I have had the laptop for about 2 months and really liked it at first. Now it keeps having a recurring problem. It keeps kicking me off the wifi connection any where I use it. I will then have to rest the computers connection it will work for a while then happen all over again. I have contacted Toshiba support they fixed the problem but it he problem is back again

I am not sure about this product yet. I still need to take it out into the field.

My Toshiba laptop runs very smooth and has tons of hard drive space that I needed.

UNIT WORKS WELL IN ALL AREAS EXCEPT IT APPEARS NOT TO HAVE STRONG WI-FI RECEIVER.

I bought this laptop because it had a high rating and because it was on sale. My previous laptop died, so I thought this was going to be a strong upgrade. Unfortunately, this computer is a slower at times compared to my four year old laptop that died. Other than some speed issues, I have not had any other complaints.

Small, light weight and fast processor. Windows perfect for meeting school needs!

Wish I had not gotten it. Had to have remote fix many times. Had to take it in once as well. Glad I have Geek on it, I always get that because its worth it in the end. They have been so helpful in fixing it and Thats why I buy BestBuy. But not really happy with this buy. Maybe I will learn to love it.

Computer has Windows 10 which was a learning experience but overall very happy with the laptop. This is my second Toshiba laptop and have been very happy with both. Would buy another Toshiba.

One would be hard pressed to buy a laptop with the features and memory storage this computer has for money advertised. Zero problems and I gave it 5 stars.
