    I bought this laptop for my mother after her Acer broke. This has been a great gift. Easy to use. Touch screen makes things simple. Good processor and graphics for the price. And it feels very sturdy. Would definitely recommend this.

    Very impressed by this laptop for the money we spent for large screen long battery life easy to use and touch screen is very accurate the top feels a little flimsy want it in the open and close but other than that great great laptop

    The laptop is easy to use. It is perfect for my classes. It did not come with word which wasn't appealing. Sometimes when I'm typing the screen gets bigger and smaller which is annoying.

    This laptop has a problem staying connected to the printer and I have had to go to settings to remove printer log out and then go back to device settings and reinstall. Have also had issues with the Cortana not working all the time.
