Even taking battery out and putting back in didn't work! Back to Best Buy it went!

I understand that you already returned the unit but for the benefit of other Satellite C55t users who might need help with a similar issue, if Windows is displaying a "limited" or "no connectivity" message or indicating "no Internet access" even though you know that your Wi-Fi router is connected to the Internet, there's a fix which is normally installed automatically by Windows Update. Microsoft's support article at support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3114149 explains details about the symptom, cause, and how to implement the solution.
Toshiba also has a Support Bulletin at www.support.toshiba.com/sscontent?contentId=4008443 with detailed instructions on how to manually implement the solution.
Beyond that, Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 is available for troubleshooting help.

After 1 month nothing worked

Whenever I hear of a variety of symptoms on a newer laptop I suspect some sort of Windows corruption, so recommend performing a Windows Refresh or Reset. This will eliminate any problem introduced by software or configuration changes. See http://forums.toshiba.com/t5/System-Recovery-and-Recovery/What-recovery-options-are-available-in-Windows-10/ta-p/657985 for more information and detailed instruction.
If issues still persist after the Windows Reset, please contact Toshiba support at 800-457-7777 for further troubleshooting help.

Before returning it, you might want to try holding down the power button for about 10-20 seconds to force a Windows Shutdown if it has become frozen in an inoperable state. Then releasing the power button for a second or two and pressing it again will turn it on if that was the problem. This technique is effective if software running on the laptop has caused it to lock up.

Defiantly happy with the look

The speakers sound so good when watching movies. For a 15.6 "screen seize laptop it's actually heavy than other computer brands.The touch is very easy. there is more than enough storage space and the speed of the computer is awesome. This is my third Toshiba (my last two lasted a combined 12 years!). I love it and will not buy any other brand. There's a reason why there are not too many refurbished Toshibas.Very pleased with this laptop,Good screen size, heavy weight, fast speed.So far so good works perfectly!

Good Laptop

I first purchased Lenovo i3 4th generation which was very slow and then i exchanged it with this laptop and its pretty fast. I love this laptop and i love best buy. One thing its not that good at is the mouse pad touch. Its somewhat not responsive because of the quality of plastic used but i use the Bluetooth mouse always so i never find a difference. I love it.

I wonder what type of problem you experienced and whether or not you reached out to Toshiba support at 800-457-7777. Many issues with PCs are caused by software installation or configuration issues and most calls to our support center are resolved over the phone.

I wonder if you tried running a Windows Refresh or Reset to determine if the problem may have been introduced by an inadvertent corruption of Windows or any 3rd party software installed after you started using the unit.
If you replace the unit with one of the same model please consider updating your review to let us know how it is working for you.
