This is a really nice computer especially for the price. It has a lot of features like the touch screen and cortana. The touch screen was a nice selling point for me because I have a desktop with touch screen that I love. The display is in HD and has a very sharp and nice quality. For the laptop to be as big as it is, it's not as heavy as I expected. Great purchase.

Bought it for my wife, she is primary user, but I use it also. As usual, with all computers, it is loaded with 'freeware' , so step 1 is to stop all of it from loading. I did not delete anything in case there is a need in the future. Also, for the near term, due to the huge HDD, space is not an issue. Touch screen is fun. All in all a good Win10 machine

Great little touchscreen laptop for my 85 year old father. Easy to set up and use. Removed all bloatware and non-essential software. Laptop cruises right along. We know it won't last - but at least for the next few years my father will enjoy a touch-screen. I would recommend this laptop ONLY to a general laptop user - nothing fancy on this little guy. Enjoy...!

I purchased this laptop after my Gateway laptop died after 6 good years. I did some quick research before heading to Best Buy and found this Toshiba to be a good value for the price. It's a fast basic laptop, well suited for what I want to do, mainly surf the internet. Not crazy about Kaspersky Internet Security that came with it. Lots of annoying pop ups.

this computer is a great value, lots of storage and RAM, core i3 and touch screen with Windows 10, great performance at an affordable price.

We purchased the touch screen, Windows 10 computer as an upgrade to our old Windows 7 laptop and we are very happy with its performance.

I've had this laptop for about two months now and I have no real complaints. There are only a few minor "First World" problems I have with it. There is no backlit keyboard which isn't a huge deal,. it comes with a surprisingly cheap charger but it does the job and for some odd reason the edges on it are sharp. Other than that, nothing wrong with it.

It is very fast and I love the touch screen. Very light and we hava no issues running different homeschool programs in it.

Great performance with the Toshiba as well love the high clarity of the screen resolution and it's touch screen capable. You can have it on a flat surface without it getting to warm and over heating. Which I tend to run into a lot with HP laptops. The down side with the Toshiba is that it starts up slow and sometimes have issues with being able to log into any programs and have to restart the computer and then I'll be able to run programs. It happens off and on when booting up the computer having to restart it for any applications can work.

I purchased this laptop for my girlfriend for Christmas. It is rough to find a decent laptop within the price range given, and I purchased 3 other laptops from Best Buy before finally sticking with this one. The other 3 were absolute junk. Best buy was rather rude about bringing back the third laptop, somehow insisting that all of the troubles must be user error etc... After getting some what heated with the front desk, and explaining to them that I'm an IT major and exhausted all of the troubleshooting tactics we are taught to go through, and then stating to them that NO ONE should ever have to go through that with a brand new PC in the first place, the guy finally shut up and gave a refund. That was when I decided to overlook the nonsense and give them my business anyways, and picked this laptop. 30 days later, and no problems. Same users, but no errors. Imagine that! It's nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done efficiently. It is what you would expect out of a lower price ranged laptop, and I have to say that I'm satisfied with the product. It's acceptably fast, no glitches, or crashes, and great for anyone with basic PC needs.

Lightweight yet durable and love the big touch screen!

I use this computer for preparing lessons for my class. I like that it still has a DVD drive so I can use the materials that came with my textbooks. Love the touch screen! The matte finish case does scratch easily as I have seen others say. For my purposes this is a fantastic computer. Great price too.
