Happy with the product. It had a defective key that was promptly replaced at the best buy store. The advertising incorrectly says it has an Ethernet port but the wiFi is great and I have no issues. The resolution is amazing.

The laptop had amazing display but unfortunately the build quality of the lid is below average, there is a lot of flex!..the product I purchased was defective (the lid cover popped out around the bezel and was slightly bent)

Within 6 months my laptop became very slow, I did factory reset but still no improvement. Battery backup is none, I have to keep my laptop plugged all the time and all this happened within 6 months.

Purchased as a Birthday present for my wife. She had been talking about getting a new laptop to replace her very old one. Once getting used to Windows 10 she loves it. It's light and it keeps her happy.

Even the packaging was excellent. The sound is dual branded, and is as good as can be expected. Vary fast to boot.

I would give zero if possible. Returned 3 times for multiple issues. Screen on one. Network card on another and network card again. Bought a lonovo edge. Love it.

I love this laptop since I have bought it, it is very user friendly. it also has a very nice screen and love the backlit keyboard. Very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend.

I bought this computer when it was on sale from $1000 down to $700. For a 15.6" laptop, it is on the lighter side. The screen is brilliant and the specs well above the price point.

This is my second Toshiba Satellite laptop. I've tried 2 other brands but came back to Toshiba. This one has everything I wanted and more. I'm very pleased with the 4K!

was looking for something that could help me with business apps in social media and video production. this one was perfect and at great price in comparison to others.

I can not maneuver to various parts if computer. I am not a IT person. I should have read up on the computer. Now I have equipment I can't use. Not happy at all.

The build feels solid and the weight is right, has good specs...but laptop has loud fan noise and heats up quickly with just minimal use

Laptop easy to use. It fits nicely into a carrier and is not real heavy. Screen is clear and easy to read.

Its good built, screen is very nice. Wifi is kinda weak. Need to add ssd hard drive to help it run faster
