I love my new Toshiba laptop. great item for the money. .

The screen on this laptop is fantastic. The only negative about this laptop is the slow hard drive. I installed a Samsung EVO 850 SSD and this laptop is super fast.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase. This computer is fast and powerful, but also lightweight and sleek. The picture resolution is awesome, sound is nice, and the keyboard has a nice feel to it as well.

I am impressed with the quality and workmanship of this Lenovo Laptop. The touchscreen is very responsive and the clarity of the screen is very comfortable. It went beyond my expectations.

This laptop has proven itself as a great presentation tool for smaller meetings in which setting up a tabletop screen would be impractical. After removing some bloatware this Toshiba has performed well and has plenty of power to run the latest Adobe suite. DON'T FORGET to turn off the Windows 10 update feature which uses your computer to upload update files "anonymously" to other windows 10 users otherwise the laptop might seem a little slow.

Love the sharpness of the screen. The only downfall is I did not realize it had no ethernet port. Can not hook up directly to my printer but I have blue tooth and wifi so i am good.

Although it is taking me some time to get used to a laptop, it's great. A little sensitive and if not careful, the screen will change on me :) Love that it is touch and will talk.

My current Laptop was 5 years old and starting to crash, spoke with computer experts at Best Buy and they were very helpful in my decision making. They did not try to "upsell" me at all. Computer works great, function wise and speed.

The 4K resolution of the screen is amazing. The ability to use as a tab, laptop, or presentation screen is awesome. 1TB hard drive and 12GB of RAM makes it seemless to use.

In no way to I hold Best Buy responsible. They were kind and easy to work with, however Toshiba was not. This stupid laptop has had more technical issues than I though possible. It shuts off randomly, says I do not have Microsoft installed as an OS, and freezes. It was sent to their repair warehouse where it was held until my warranty expired. They said there were no issues while they had it. I have half a mind to record my "issues" and send it to them! I do not recommend this laptop at all! I now have a fully paid for $1000 doorstop. I am a college student on a very tight budget and I need a laptop. On to the next one =-(

Great computer. I love the touch screen and how it detaches from the keyboard. This is a great Toshiba product. Clear picture and does everything that I need it for.

I had Toshibas before and I had problems in the past, I switched to Apple ever since. I purchased this computer because some of my work requires widows based programs. So far I am enjoying this computer.

Bought this for my wife almost a year ago, she was a nursing student and needed it for school. Maybe it was overkill for her needs but so far it has turned out well. Her last laptop a couple of years ago was an entry level HP that did not last too long and started getting sluggish just months later. This model from Toshiba has givenot us no issues at all. It is still as fast as it was the first day we got it and performs well for all the tasks we have thrown at it. Battery life is good, and the screen is very sharp. I'm happy with this purchase.

The WiFi worked for about 3 to 4 weeks but ever since the WiFi is not stable and keeps dropping out. We tried everything from Microsoft forums to Toshiba help bulletins and other forums that addressed the issue. Seems to be something do with the AC 7265 adapter. At this time, I would not recommend this product to a friend until the WiFi issue is resolved. What good is having a laptop/tablet if you don't have WiFi? This really limits the capabilities of the device.
