Broke after 1.5 months of use

It no longer functions because it doesn't receive power, and the return window is only 2 weeks. Get something from a different brand.

Posted .Best Buy may have a 2-week return period, but the product does have a limited warranty period. Please reach out to support at 866-225-8139 at your convenience. As long as it was not an act of nature like a power outage or electrical storm a replacement may be possible.

There isn't much to this product. It is a unmanaged Gigabit Switch. It operation should be plug and play, as long as you are connecting it to a router via one of the 5 ports.
