Reliable WIFI signal. Slim design makes it easy to place this almost anywhere. Still comes with 4 Ethernet ports, some only has 2.( D-Link AX3200) The 4 antennas makes it easy to fine tune the signal. Most reliable router I ever bought.

I had a budget and not a gamer, so this was a great buy. I have a modem from the same company. Both set up easily and work well. I would buy this again.

Product is fine, in-store pickup was awful.

The pickup process at the Best But store was terrible. Best Buy didn’t notify the person picking the order up. Signs for pickup in store were unclear, and associates in the store were rude to the person picking it up. It had been a long time since I shopped at Best Buy, and this experience reminded me why I avoid the store.

NYT Wirecutter recommended

Installed it for family members and, compared to a pricier, older AX11000, you get a lot for what you pay. Absolutely worth getting if you don’t need a mesh solution right away (you can add mesh extenders later) and if you can get it on sale.
