Luckily, I was able to contact Jobert through tech support and he walked me through fixing my issue. I’d give six stars to their tech support if it was possible. Thanks Jobert!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TP-Link, in their infinitesmal wisdom decided it was a good idea to remove QOS and control from the direct interface, forcing the use of a APP! I will not use an APP, nor will I allow them to send my information to a third party. This router is no use to me, so I want a refund! I contacted their support and got nowhere. Return the full interface to the router! Best Buy, this device is worth more than a 15% discount on purchase of the ASUS AX3000! It is basically new.
