Horrific brand customer service

Satellites connect, then drop, then reconnect. Speed is good for home use and IoT channel is good. Worst customer service I have ever experienced from TP-Link. Trying to resolve issues took over 35 emails, 3 weeks with no results. Offered multiple possible solutions, all rejected. Ended up throwing the unit in the trash.
