Customers are saying

Customers find value in the Deco XE75 Pro's ease of use, extensive coverage, and strong signal, with many praising the straightforward setup and excellent performance. The system's range is also frequently highlighted as a significant benefit. While some users experienced connection issues and found the parental controls limited, the positive feedback on performance and ease of use outweighs these concerns for most. Before this I was using the google mesh. I have a 800mb down and 400 up with the google mesh but one day it failed to come back up. Bought the deco and setup was super easy! Speed test got me a gig down and 600 up.

Very good system...allows remote access to both wireless and wired internet. Would really like to see a mesh system that has higher through-put via wireless connections.

Such an upgrade over my old home network. The dedicated back channel helps alleviate congestion when streaming from my home server. Reliable and consistent for the past year of use.

I got this as a replacement for my Arris system which had been working great for years but suddenly died on me. Install was very easy as they advertised but soon my network started behaving erratically. I was getting crazy drops and ping spikes, resets, etc. which really made me panic. I tried rebooting multiple times but it was so unstable I ordered another replacement Arris system and was planning to return this. But... somewhere in the app I saw there was a firmware update so I tried applying that, and after about 15 minutes of waiting for reboots, the system has been stable ever since. Fingers crossed it will remain good. I would like to have given this a higher score but I want to give it some more time to see if any new issues crop up.

I tried these for two weeks and had to return them. The speed is super fast and the coverage is one of the best that I’ve tested for the price. The biggest problem: My wife works from home and I do as well on occasion so we need a stable connection. These are the most unstable networks I’ve seen. It cuts out every few minutes. Most devices won’t be affected because it reconnects quickly, but it is a pain in the butt when you’re doing video calls.

These were easy to set up and connect to. Just install the app and follow the instructions. I have had a few minor issues with connectivity for some systems running on Raspberry Pis though.

I bought this mesh network system in June of 2023. The system is supposed to allow either wireless or wired (Ethernet) connection to any remote (satellite) unit. Well before the 2 year warranty ran out, the wired portion quit working, but I didn't have the time to troubleshoot so I went to the slower wireless connection. I now tried to troubleshoot, and mine has a known firmware issue. However, since it's passed the warranty period, neither the supplier (TP-link) nor Best Buy will do anything, unless I pay more. So, the system was good for first year, limited to wireless after that, and now is a disaster on which I've wasted a lot of time, especially with TP-Link. Relatedly, I have a degree in this area and decades of network (and legal) knowledge. Bottom line, this worked until it didn't, and TP-Link isn't the supplier I previously thought.
