The representative was very helpful, patient, and offered a great service to get my Decos connected to the Internet. This is very fast in wifi connection. I'm very happy with this product and their services.

However, if you want the same security features as older mesh systems, you now have to pay for those services. The speed is more or less the same, but you need to adjust the settings that fit your needs. Requires a bit of technical knowledge.

Good for 10 months

As of today April 2025 I have been experiencing a lot of unstable connections, it started after 10 months and I called Deco customer service, and surprisingly, the plug-in ports are not working properly, the CSR said they would send me a replacement since it is still under warranty. I'll see how this replacement works.

Just so its clear TP-Link Support cannot just send a replacement. There is a process and one of 4 shipping methods must be selected by the customer. I just want to make sure its not thought that we just send the replacement and that your experience with support is not diminished as a result. Fast, ONLY when you have a stable connection

However, there are devices that it just will not keep a connection with. I know this because I own many streaming TVs. They all work except two, and interestingly, they are the exact same model tv. Checked all settings, firmware, performed reboots, etc. Confirmed not my internet service. I believe the issue is somewhere in the router software deciding what devices to service. I've tried turning off the fast roaming and mesh features as well, as suggedted by TP Link, still no luck. My old routers had zero issues. I really wanted these to be great, but not so much. I suggest a hard pass until TP Link is able to fix this issue.

Our house includes a detached workshop at the end of our property, and achieving reliable Wi-Fi coverage throughout has been a challenge until now.

It runs slower and slower. I recently switched to Deco XE75. It is a game changer. I cannot believe how well the software is written. Thanks to the engineers at TP-Link. You are done a good job.
