When it comes to wireless devices I get intimidated with compatibility and setup however I've purchased a couple of these outlets now and the ease of programming is fantastic. I now have the ability to turn on my string lights via google along with other fun holiday setups.

This was the first smart home accessory I have purchased. Linking it to my Amazon Echo was quick and relatively painless. I connected it to my Christmas Lights for hassle free power. I’ve since moved it to my night stand lamp so I don’t have to turn the large light on when I’m heading to bed. Works well with Echo devices throughout the house.

This smart switch works well. It has its own app but can be controlled via smartthings, Alexa, Google home. Fast response, easy to configure. Device connects to the network quickly upon power up. Design is nice and doesn't block access to other outlets. It does have a status light, but it's dim and not distracting.

Easy to use; minimal installation (other than plugging it in and setting it up with a few taps at the Kasa App). The plug is designed such that it won't block the other outlet on the wall when plugged in. I have Kasa smart switches and this plug in my home. They all work well except that the Kasa App doesn't track the natural sunrise / sunset time.

Love this! They work great and are very easy to set up. They came in very handy with Christmas decorations! I would highly recommend this brand to anyone. We tried another brand before this one But unfortunately it was not compatible with our Wi-Fi.

Tp-Link is very easy to set up and the App is amazing to use.

Easy to install, easy to set up and awesome price range

I use it to set a schedule for my smart cam, now I can set a schedule so it is off when I'm home and on when I'm not. The kasa app works great!

I gave this along with the Echo dot to my mother. We set it up to turn on and off a lamp that she used but was dangerous for her to turn on and off. Now she can walk into her dark house and tell her Alexa to turn it on so she can see or turn it off After she goes to bed. It was easy to link through my phone to alexa, it responds in seconds. I will be buying more.

I paired these with my Alexa app and controlled my Christmas trees during the holiday season. Now I can re-purpose them to whatever I want. Slow cooker timer, lamp control, etc. Setup was easy through the Kasa app, then search for devices in the Alexa app and it was there! Best part is that it does not cover up the other outlet when plugged in! Very useful.

I absolutely love this. It's perfect and I can shut off tv's and lights around my house. We left on a trip for the holidays and this gave me the comfort knowing I wasn't wasting energy. I suggest buying these in a double pack and save yourself the extra money. Great quality and very easy to setup with the Kasa app.

I gave a five star rating because I cannot figure out how to do a 4 1/2 star rating. The item works well, just a bit of a challenge to set up.

The plug is very easy to set up and works well. I am looking forward to them getting smaller in the future and possibly having the outlet on the bottom so it won't stick out so far from the wall.

I have the TP-Link Smart bulbs, but these outlets are so much easier to setup then the bulbs. On Monday, cable company had to fix their fiber optics so no TV or Internet at home for an entire day. These outlets automatically contacted to my phone (locally) without me to do anything.
