A: I have one of mine hooked up to a patio heater and have not had any problems.
A: This plug will not solve your problem. My advice, take the power adapter for the gaming unit away at night.

A: Once you set up the plug with Alexa you can use the plug in any room in the house from any Amazon Echo in the house. In other words you can control the bedroom plug from both the living room and the bedroom With Alexa.

A: It is not considered weatherproof. Look for a device that specifically says it is rated for outdoor use.
