My husband had shoulder cuff surgery in January. He was sent home with an ice man machine for pain management. It is a great machine, but the inventor didn’t put an on/off switch anywhere on the machine! What? It’s 2020 and there’s no on/off button. This ice machine was to be on for 20 minutes and off 20 minutes. Well, I had to physically unplug the cord to cut it off. After several hours this was ridiculous. I bought an Echo Show at Christmas to help cut lamps on and off so he wouldn’t have to lift up his shoulder to touch the lamp button. The Echo Show worked fine. I bought this too as it popped up as a recommendation to go along with the Echo Show. I remembered the plug and got it out Of the closet. It was great! All we had to do was connect the plug to Alexa and set a timer. We told Alexa to cut the plug on and the ice machine started. We tell Alexa to stop the plug and the ice machine stops. Wow! I’m so glad I got this as an extra add on. I don’t usually do that, but this was a good decision.

I was disappointed that you can’t control over the web it’s just on your network. But overall ez setup.

Love these plugs! I've got 4 of them connected to lights across my home and integrated with Alexa. These mini plugs are so much better than the larger ones because they don't block the other outlet. They respond quickly to your commands whether you go through the app or use Alexa voice commands. I will most likely be adding more in the future.

Small and very efficient ! Was very easy to sync with devices.

This is only the second type of device I've tried so far. This brand was very easy to get set up and running correctly. Download the app on your smartphone, name the plug/room, and that's it. Able to control it from your smartphone, tablet, or PC. I have no issues with it so far. I would surely recommend this product to anyone.

I received this at a discount price when I purchased the Echo Dot. And I must say we are pleasantly pleased. We also received the Amazon smart plug at a reduced price, and this is very comparable to that device as well. It was a simple process to pair with the Dot. I will purchase more of these again.

Excellent product. Have them all over the house. Download the app and follow the instructions. If frustrated unplug- wait a minute and start all over. Pretty hilarious turning on and off from bed. Can easily set auto on/off functions. Bought 8-10 so far.

Inexpensive way to control lights. I control my lights through Alexa and I’ve giving them different names. This is a very inexpensive way to automate your home and I recommend it highly to anybody who doesn’t want to over complicate their life. Your lights turn on and off with voice command.

At the price point of five dollars, this was a steal!! I would not pay retail for it since there are other devices within ten bucks!!

Easy to install and use, works great with google home

I didn't think I'd have much use for these but man was I wrong. I'm able to turn my living room lights on and off wirelessly with these. You do not have to be on wifi to use them after setup, but you do need wifi for them to function afterwards. Totally worth it and might get more!

It turns the electric power on and off. I use it to turn my Christmas light on and off. Will figure out another use after chirstmas.

Subject say's it. It is nice that you can have multiple options with these (i.e. voice command thru Alexa, control via smartphone/app, press the button on the side of the plug). Have been using them for 6 mos now. TP Plugs here and the switches and they have been 100% reliable and have made life more convenient.

Picked this up a a deal of the day and I’m happy I did! I used it with my Google home and connected a bottle warmer for my baby so that I could turn it on from the bedroom as I change the baby. As soon as I’m done the bottle is ready and I have a happy baby!

I don't think I couldn't ask for more from a wifi plug. First, they were easy to setup and get working with Alexa automation ecosystem. Even using them "stand alone" without using Alexa, Google, etc....they have enough flexible features in the Kasa app to meet just about anyone's need in a smart plug.

We partnered these to Alexa show. I can walk in to the room and say turn the lights on.. it's great! If we are out longer than expected I cant turn the lights on from an app too. We will be purchasing more. It is great for everyone but I think those who have mobility issues this would be perfect too.

Got a free echo and this paired perfectly with it. We don't have a light in our living room so we used to have to walk through the house to the kitchen to turn any lights on. Now we open the door and say, "alexa, lamp on" and boom, light. Plus it can be used on just about anything. You can even name each device individually.

I recently switched all of the lighting in our home to smart switches and outlet plugs and these worked seamlessly. I received a GE product for free with the purchase of another item and setup was much more cumbersome and functionality was not nearly as intuitive. Definitely a product worth having.
