In a nutshell, it just does what it is supposed to do. It is relatively small so I can fit it in my surge charger that is behind my TV without blocking any of the other outlets, which was a must because I don't have spare outlets left. Besides that, it is effortless to set this smart plug up. All our light switches (dimmer, regular, 3-way) are from TP-Link Kasa so it was just a matter of including this plug in the app. I only used the app to set up the device after which I have been using Google Home to control everything. The only thing I use the Kasa App for is to set the daily routine - I have this switch turn off at 3am every night for 10 minutes to reset the device that is connected to it. So all in all, if you are looking for a relative small smart plug that offers good value for money - you can't really go wrong with this.

There are lots of different smart plugs in the market, but TP-Link's smart plug definitely has the coolest design.

These are great for lamps in the house. Work with Alexa. I am able to get to rooms in the house without breaking my leg by keeping the lights on, then have Alexa turn off the lamps. They were easy to install. I can use them on other small lighted products.

Works well for the price. It does turn off from time to time but a power cycle when you back home helps. This is good if your doing remote actions on your PC and need to make sure it's your own.

I have various TP-LINK_Smart bulbs and smart plugs around the house. All work flawlessly and play nice with Alexa.

This is my 3rd set of to-link smart plugs. These are easy to set up using the KASA app and I’ve not had any trouble with connectivity. The app allows to program day/times to turn on/off and to control while away as well. I recommend this product.

What is great about this smart plug I can remotely check if I left any devices on when I am not home. I have been guilty of accidentally forgetting to turn devices off, which not only wastes energy, is a fire hazard. Using a smart plug I can monitor my devices and even automate shut off times.

I have been using this on my outdoor Christmas lights and its really convenient to turn them off while I am away.

Great plug and was easy to setup. Bought it with Amazon Echo products to create a smart home without changing outlets or lamps. Just plug in, set up through the app, and enable skill with Amazon Echo. I have tried 2 other plugs from other manufacturers that did not work, but the TP-Link mini has been great.

Glad we got this to go with home control device. Great for pets when we’re out late. Just turn light on for them.

I use this to control the two tall lamps on either side of my sofa. It works great - the lights are 3-way so I can set them at the intensity I want and the plug will turn them on at the set level. Most often controllable light bulbs will not work in 3-way light lamps. Works well with Alexa too!

Plug a lamp into this and pair it with an echo dot. Makes for a nice voice activated light at a reasonable price.

These smart plugs are easy to set up and are very versatile for using on different products. I have one on our old-coffee maker (with an analog switch) so that I can ask Alexa to turn it on in the morning, and they work very well for turning lamps into smart lights for voice control as well.

I have tried various smart plugs from different companies including wemo and third party brands but TP LINK has consistently remain to be the most reliable. It is fast and never gets disconnected from the network. I love using it with google home and alexa

I purchased several of these TP-Link Smart Plugs for a special price when purchasing Echo Dots as gifts. I purchased a Dot, got a Smart Plug for a great price for each Dot purchased. Gifts for them, gifts for me. These work great with the Echo. I am currently using them to control lights throughout the house.

It works as they it did, now I don’t have to bend behind the sofa to plug/unplug the led light every night since my puppy chew the remote, I set the time schedule on the app and it works and I got it on sale it’s a plus!!!

These plugs work great with Alexa. Plug in a lamp that isn't as easy to get to, and have Alexa turn it off and on for you. They also work as sort of a security light. If you have wi-fi when you-re away, you can turn on and off lights to make it seem like you are home.

This plug is great - I set a few up - one in the living room, one in the bedroom. I've labeled them and when I come into the room I can tell Alexa to turn on the living room light and it does! Alexa also turns off the lights when told. Very easy to use and set up.

really like the way these smart plugs help control my house. I already have to of the larger models and 1 other like these two. The smaller size works better on the wall plate. great way to add some automation to a home 10 years old, table lamps and fans can be turned off and on easily on schedule.
