This thing is really cool. It’s as simple as “Alexa turn light on”. You can plug it into whatever you want. Or u can also access it from your phone. So if your not home and you want to turn a lamp on for your pet, it’s super simple. Or even if on vacation give the appearance that someone is home.

This smart plug works very well controlled via the Google Home ecosystem. I learned the hard way that two of these same smart plugs cannot be plugged into the same duplex outlet box because only one would connect to the WiFi, while the other wouldn't connect until I unplugged it into a different outlet box. Connecting smart plug to the WiFi can take up to 5 or so minutes, so be patient.

Setting up could not be easier. The KASA application walks you through the whole setup process.Comparing these to Wemo, they are more stable. I've not had any connection issues with these whereas I have had a couple with Wemo, especially when unplugging the device from the wall.

Got this for my kids for Christmas. Easy to use and connect to Alexa or phone or whatever you want to use. My son connected to lamp in bedroom so he can just say “Alexa turn on lamp” and he doesn’t have to get out of bed!! Love it!!

This was my first purchase of smart tech to use with my echo dot received as a gift. The set up of the TP-Link app was easy, and integration into an alexa routine was smooth and easy. So much easier to use your voice to control lamps than the manual way.

It's pretty cool to be able to turn something on/off remotely. I don't have much of a long term use for this but it was worth grabbing one for the occasional chance I need it. My only issue was using the IFTTT programming that worked for the first day or two then stopped working. It may work more seamless with an Alexa or Google home device.

plug is perfectly working with voice commands from Amazon Echo Dot and google home mini. only limitation I found is, it reboots and asks for manual configuration when ever we pull it out from power

The WiFi plugs are great, & flexible. I’ve set them to go on and off at certain times and had no issues.

If you have Alexa and you want to automate your home, then get this plug. Installs and works like a charm after downloading Kasa software to your smart phone and adding the Alexa skill.. Will turn most electrical devices on/off but not cable TV boxes due to them always being on.

I got this as a replacement for WeMo smart plug which didn't work at all for me. This one is basic (with no energy monitoring etc.), very easy to set-up and intuitive from a usage standpoint. App works well too ... overall very satisfied with the purchase. BTW, I got another one too.

Didn’t think I’d like all this home automation stuff tied to computers and blue teeth or tooth. But I do! Much easier to close down for the night. Setup was a breeze, of course my son hooked everything up, but it was easy to learn how to use!

I didn't know a whole lot about smart plugs, but this one got good reviews even outside of Best Buy so I thought I'd give it a try. It does exactly what it says and let me set up a lamp to come on every day on a schedule that I set. It was easy to set up in just a few minutes.

I purchased the Alexa echo studio am delighted with that but I had also purchased the Amazon outlet smart plugs. I wanted more plugs for additional lighting & ordered these which work just as well as the Amazon smart plugs but at a fraction of the price!

Got it during the black friday promotion. But promotion or not, this is a must have item for your home. Can't imagine living without many for every device at home now. This will change your life forever. No more getting up every 2 minutes for anything you need to turn off or on based on need.

I purchased this home automation wall plug to complement my amazon echo show. I use it to control a floor lamp in my living room. It is great being able to give a voice command to turn on lights. Product was easy to connect to the echo system. I highly recommend this product.

I have 4 of these and plans to get more! I absolutely love these and have added them o my daily use dumb electronics. 2 of them are on my lizard and fish tank lights. This encourages me not to delay their daily light requirements :)

When I got this I was uncertain but now that I’ve using it with the app being able to have the light programmed and yet still be able to turn it on and off and never mess with the program Settings this is way easier than those push button programmable timers.

Very easy setup (using the TP-Link Kasa App). Very easy integration into Google Home. Immediate voice control over the outlets (using them for lamps). Much easier than others i have tried, will definitely be getting more of these

Set it up today to manage my Xmas lights. Was a little difficult to setup but once I I'd it works great
