If you have something that you need to be turned on and off by voice command, this is a good product to link up to the Alexa. I have 3 of these around the house and I have programmed my Alexa to turn them on by certain word commands.

This plug was very easy to install. It worked perfectly both on local and remote settings until Oreo was installed on my phone. Now it only works consistently on remote. When the connection is set to local only, the communication between my phone and the plug intermittently fails. TP-Link worked with me but was unable to correct the problem. Since most people probably use the remote connection setting, there should be no issue.

Had a little difficultly setting it up but once I got through that the plug works as intended.

I used it to connect a lamp in my room, been using it for almost a year. I use Google Assistant and it works fine controlling the light. The only thing is there is a slight delay after I finish delivering my command, maybe because my internet isn't that fast? Might be. But if you want to simply turn on/off a light this works great for convenience.

Works great! Real easy to setup an on and off weekly schedule. You can now turn on any device connected from anywhere with your cell phone or laptop. It also has a manual on and off switch that can be used as needed.

I was very pleased with my purchase; besides I was able to beat the lines at the store, and I got this item for an excellent price. I would not have a problem recommending this item for purchase to my friends and family.

I have purchased several of these over the last few months. They have been easy to set up with my home wifi and with the Kasa app or with Google Home (OK Google, turn on my office lamp). Will purchase more as I find the need.

I've tried other smart plugs in the past and this is by far the easiest to set up! The features from Kasa alone are worth it but it integrates really well with Google (and I'm sure it would with any smart assistant).

We use it with amazon echo turning the lights to different color and very much more Love it

Simple, fast and easy to use. Have an older family member not so tech savvy so this was the perfect gift. He is loving the ability to come home to well lit room without wasting electric the entire time he is gone!

Really easy to use and configure, really reliable interns of connectivity

I bought this for my elderly father that was having a hard time reaching the lamp. Now he just tells the lamp to turn on and off. I just had to buy a smart switch because he can’t understand why the overhead lights don’t turn themselves off as well.

Used this together with my Amazon Echo to operate my Christmas tree. My kids and me love it.

I love having TP-Link smart plugs in my bedrooms and my living room. I use my Alexa Dots to enable and disable the lights when they are needed (of course, they are programmed to go on and off every day) in addition to their program. Thinking about Smart Switches next.

I purchased this Smart Plug so I can control devices with Alexa. Works great and never have issues. Its a but pricey but I got it on sale so took advantage of the price at that time. Now they are pretty expensive. I will purchase more when they go on sale.
