We were out of town for 2 weeks, and wanted to have lights on and off as if we were home. I could check on the app on my phone. I am technology challenged, and this is much simpler than Google or Alexa for me.

Be sure to scan and then plug in for easiest set up. Troubleshooting is easy in case of disconnect. I use it for outlets lights in room.
