It's not as bright as I wanted, but the color changing and wifi connectivity are great when used with my Alexa device.

Love what I can do with this smart bulb. Easy to set up and run.

The bulb works great, now.... but the setup instructions were incomplete. I tried setting it up the night I got it and spent two hours trying. I’m use an echo dot by the way. First you have to download the software for the echo dot. That was easy enough. Then you have to download the KASA app That allows the bulb to interface with the Echo Dot. All well and good so I went thru all the steps the manufacturer said were necessary, but could not get it to interact with the echo dot.i uninstalled and installed the apps several times to no avail. Finally I got it to interact with KASA, but not the Alexa app on the echo dot.there is a spot on the KASA app where you can view the bulb, turn it on or off, dim it and change color. But no matter what it still could not get it to interact with the Echo Dot. So I gave up and went to bed and when I got up the next morning I started to look things over on the KASA app. I hit a button on the light bulb box that opened another box, or window with a button control that said, “Allow remote control of bulb”, or something go that effect. The whole time I’d been pulling out what precious hair I have left trying to figure out what was wrong and then, by accident..... click! The darn thing works. I hope the rest of you don’t run into this problem. It was annoying as heck! Y comparison, I Aldo bought two simple outlet controllers to control the other lights in the room that I just need to switch off and on. They installed with ease and I had them both done in under 30 minutes, which included a firmware update that took most of the time.

My daughter loves the light. She controls it with her phone.

Excellent bulb. No issues. Still prefer the hue lights.
