All of them have sometimes dropped service in the areas where they had service just a few min ago. After a while (time varies) the service is available again.

I bought this extender to hopefully fill in the dead spots. Got the unit for less than $20. I followed the instruction and setup went smoothly. I do have signal strength in the dead spots but not quite what I expected. Overall it did the job and I give it 3 starts for doing what I needed. Only extends 2.4ghz networks.

Cheap and Easy Way to Improve Your Home WiFi

I use this extender to connect our desktop computer, smart thermostat, security system, and secondary TV all in the rear of the house farther away from our Router, so that I can free up our standard WiFi for just about everything else.
