Not WIFI calling capable

But I bought it since "Katrina" at Tracfone wireless answered a question on the Best Buy site about this product saying it had wifi calling capability. After repeated calls and chats, it apparently "IS NOT" wifi capable and the phone will be used in a cell phone area. Very disappointed in TRACFONE's representation of this product and TRACFONE's lack of ability to remedy this without having to return the phone for another one. But which one? Apparenlty TRACFONE doesn't know which phones they market are wifi calling capable.

You can turn Wi-Fi calling on your Samsung Galaxy A11 with the Android 10.0 OS version on or off. However, we only allow the feature to work under TracFone service once the phone's network operates in T-Mobile or AT&T carriers. Thank you.

Would not recommend if you are accustomed to iPhon

Phone is stuck on "sign in" and even with keying password correctly -WELL. With a Hard Factory reset still stuck and, worst of all I'm about 4 days past returning it. Still unable to reset phone to use it.

It didn't work. After 2 hours and 4 calls, they're sending a replacement. I'll probably just get a new iphone.

Disappointed: Samsung andTracFone

Took TracFone about 6 hours of my time to activate and switch from an older TracFone. Since then TracFone has discontinued my service - for lack of minutes - when I had plenty of minutes. As a 6 year lover of TracFone - now I don't like. Then there are the phone features. Sound is terrible. Feature shortcuts don't work as advertised - eg camera. As a long time lover of Sumsung, now I don't like.
