Purchased this phone for our child. Use was mainly for us to get ahold of them as needed. Service was spotty, I had autopay setup and they didn't apply that payment so once again service was cut off. When calling customer service, they are foreign and working from home. I could hardly hear the representative I spoke with one time because 'her neighbors' were getting work done on their home. The phone ran slow, but functioned okay.

Afte rover four hours of trying to get it activated and the services to work right I gave up and returned it and bought another phone. Sadly, I have had bad experiences with Samsung products.

Not a fan of the ads when playing a game. Answering the phone is a lot more difficult than my old one. Don't like that the volume button is on the same side as the off button. The phone works well, I use it for in car use and emergency. Battery life is great, photos are good. Price was great! Gave a 4 star because of the annoying ads.

Buying this phone for a second time
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For the past 2 years I've had this exact phone with no major problems: long and good battery life, functioning apps, no incessant overheating, etc. But recently I dropped the phone and broke it. Decided to buy the phone again, have had it for a few weeks now, so far I've had no problems with it. I hope it lasts long, I have a feeling that it will though with proper care.
