    No FM receiver or magnetic sensor :-(

    Loss of two key features is the why for 3 stars. This phone replaces a working J7 with badly cracked screen. Replacing screen cost more than the new phone thus. Missing are FM receiver and magnetic sensor. Thus I can no longer listen to local FM stations or use directional apps such as compasses or astronomy apps. Bummer. Don't need those features then more memory, faster chip and more update Android OS are worth the $70 price.

    This phone is not what I wanted. I was forced into buying a new phone with more than 3G capability. I do not believe this phone's setup was completed. I do not know how to stop apps that I do not want, keep interrupting whatever I am trying to do. I do not know who my provider is, I do not know why the phone chimes . Tracfone did not help much and am tired of trying to figure this out.

    Power Button

    Loved this phone until not three weeks in started having trouble with the power button on the side. I shut the phone off one day & I could not get it to power back off. My son has this phone. That is why I chose this one. He has had no trouble in about a year.

    Buyer Beware

    Buyer beware. Have had issues with sending/receiving texts. Have had texts sent to me and not gotten them for 2 hours or more. Have sent texts, same problem, sometimes they never do get to the recipient. At other times it works OK. Jumped through all the hoops with tech support, escalated tech support, spent hours on the phone, and the issue persists. Still don't know if it's the phone or just bad network service from TracFone. In a word, UNRELIABLE.

    Beware of the area you need it in

    I purchased this phone because 3G is being phased out. However, I did not realize I would need a phone specific to my zip code and the area it covered. It also needs to be GSM network, not CDMA. It's too bad the website cannot recognize this when putting in your zip code. So I have a new phone that Tracfone cannot transfer my phone number to, unless I change my phone number. The Best Buy store in town won't let me return it, either. What am I supposed to do with it now?
