    This is a cheap version of Samsung's line. Not all usual features are on it. Most samsungs have a builtin QR code reader, but not this one. You have to load one, and they often bog down the whole system and lock up phone. Doesn't completely sync with computer either. "that feature is not available with your phone model". Didn't care much at first, but as I learn more about phone, wish it could do more like a normal Samsung would.

    Worst phone experience of my life. I tried to register the phone by entering the numbers on the red card that comes with the phone. Every time I entered the numbers they said the numbers didn't match their files. So I took the SIM card out and entered those numbers. They said the numbers didn't match their files. Someone at Tracfone really screwed up on this one. I spent 3 hours trying to register that phone and all I got was a head ache. NEVER again. Plus I am out the price of the phone card since you can't return them.
