    After 3 months of play the headset doesn't function properly any longer. The volume control no longer works and the headset is virtually useless as it's stuck in 'max' position so you can only use if you are willing to risk hearing issues... I've contacted support @ Turtle Beach prior to returning to the store (likely some time next week) to see if anything can be done to resolve the issue with the headset. The headset is great in that it's Bluetooth so there are no wires to be concerned with and the speakers are solid (although not stereo surround) but they do the job. The 'mute' bottom and 'controls' to the speakers are a little pesky but are workable with some getting used to, I guess. Just disappointed with the set crapping out after what I consider only 'limited' use over 3 months. A quick google search reveals there are others who have had the same issue previously. Fingers crossed we can get it resolved or Best Buy will be willing to help replace.
