I do like the headset, it does it's job, but it's so hard to get it in the right spot. I can only have it in one spot until I can comfortably wear it while I play.

It is so nice when I wake up in the middle the night and I can play my games and watch YouTube without waking up the rest of the family what a great headset!

Will not work if you have the ps4 4 port usb adapter. Will work perfectly fine without the 4 port usb. Easy setup.... Go ahead an buy the geek squad protection plan for all you heavy gamers out there.

Dead on arrival. Couldn't turn on. It also feel very flimsy. Don't buy.

This is a really good headset for the price. Keep in mind don't stretch the headphones it could break the centerpiece and the warranty doesn't cover it

I wanted to get these for my son and considering that he means everything to me the headphones ended up being perfect and working so well and was really easy to set up so kudos to Turtle Beach!

Got the ps4 gold headset wasn't loud enough so I took it back and exchanged for turtle bay works great definitely loud enough and for the price worth buying

Had to replace it but it did have good sound quality but I probably won't purchase it again

Never realized how much a head set can help game play as much as this one has. I appreciate the making of this product and the hep from Best Buy employees on picking this product

WOW!! Love the sensitivity of these headphones. I can hear ppl sneaking up on me in the games that requires full alertness to all of the surroundings. Good job turtle beach!

I really like this item, super easy to understand. Since I got it I've been using it every time. Now I don't bother my boyfriend with all the noises lol

I do like Turtle Beach products, but these headphone are not as comfortable, as advertised. Sony Elite Wireless are better.

Better value at the time of purchase compared to other comparable brands. I have used this brand in the past.

Got these for my father in law. He loves them. He plays his games and ignore us all weekend long. It's nice to not hear explosions threw the house.

Bought this for my son to replace his broken headphones. So far he hasnt had any problems with it.

I went in the get the a different pair of headphones but they didn't have the ones I wanted so I paid $20 more and got better ones

Good sound only issue is the mic. we've had to exchange these out twice due to mic issues.

Headset is easy to set up and works excellent. It's only downfall is that it really makes you feel like you are in the game!
