A: The Stealth is made to be lighter. It also uses virtual surround sound as opposed to actual 5.1/7.1 Dolby. It provides depth and location to the noises in your headset but isn't true surround sound like some of the premium head cans ($225+). If you are on a budget and are looking for a decent headset, the Stealth 500P is a good deal. Very happy with mine.
Q: How long do u need to charge them for
A: Using the system ports is about 5 hrs it seems, but the headset stops charging once at full charge. Using an AC plug is about 4. I've only charged it 3 times when battery level is completely drained, I usually plug it in for charging after I'm done playing routinely.
