Notice the plastic piece that adjusts the size of the headset? They are THIN. I have had this product for over a year. Recently, I noticed the adjustable sliders starting to crack. Finally, one side snapped and is starting to come apart. I reached out to Turtle Beach and they said "Sorry, its outside of the 1 year warranty and we don't offer repairs" Wow! This is a lot of money to spend on a product that can't be repaired outside of warranty! Looking at the Astros and that same piece that broke on mine would not have broken on the Astro. Guess I know where I will be taking my business.
