    I'm not sure if this is an xbox problem, a turtle beach problem, or a Black Ops 3 problem. When I try to play Black Ops 3, half the time the mic doesn't work. This problem is easily fixed by doing a hard reset on the xbox (holding down the power button on the front of the system for a few seconds). On the plus side, the sound is great and the mic is very responsive.
