This is my review. I give this item a 5 star rating.

First time bought this turtle , and only last about one week. and it's broke. inside the headset , the actual mic is working fine. I reached out to the Turtle support, I just received the email from the support, asking me to do the troubleshooting steps Which I already stated in the previous email like they don't even bother to read it I guess, take out the actual mic and test it on ur smartphone or pc etc... So email them back and what going to happen.... Or trying to return it junks back to Bestbuy.

Would have been better of buying a more expensive headset. This is the 3rd one so far, the mike always goes out. Bought this every time because of the medium cost thinking I must have gotten a bad one last time

These things break too darn easily! I always buy the replacement plan because otherwise I would be out a ton of money. There are better ones out there that cost less and don't break so easily.

The quality it offers is good but the only problem I have with it is that it's too tight, making me uncomfortable after an hour or two of usage. I love turtle beaches but these kind of disappointed me with its discomfort.

I haven't read any reviews on this so I may be in the minority, but the microphone function stopped working within 2 months of me having the item. When it worked it worked quite well though.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas one for me and one for my son. His worked perfect like it should. Seems like an awesome headset. On the other hand the other headset does not pick up party chat for xbox one. I thought it was just me but i can plug his headset up to my xbox one and it works fine.. so i went 50/50 with this headset. Will be returning this to best buy today

only problem I have was the price for the quality. I spent less for my xbox 360 headset and they were surround sound not 2 channel, but on the other hand these are wireless form the xbox one

My son was excited when he received it but when he used it the people online could not hear him, but he could hear them.. i had to actually return this product and get another brand

If you can afford to purchase a nicer model of turtle beaches, I would. These are ok but sound quality is not the best and the headphones are not the most comfortable.

This is an ok headset, but you get what you pay for. These are good if you don't have the money to spend and NEED a headset. I would pay more to get better ones.
