The headphones feel like cheap plastic.The ear cups are way to small,cord is to short and volume is low. I returned the headset.

This is the second set we have purchased, first is still being used on another console. Decent sound and love not having to put batteries in the headset as well as the controller.

Purchased these for my son, because the original Xbox one headset developed a short in the cord. They're better built, and being stereo delivers better sound.

The mic is not as good as some of the higher priced headsets but for the price they work well.

The first headset I got was defective - the mic was cutting in and out, so I exchanged it. The second headset had issues with the audio cutting in and out. The third one required me to sign in and out of Xbox Live every time the controller shut off in order for the mic to resume working. The fourth one I have now is doing okay, but often I need to fiddle with the audio cable to get the sound to work. When the sound is working, it's great - it's pretty clear and the bass is nice. The mic is also decent quality and does a nice job eliminating background noise. Overall though this headset definitely wasn't worth the hassle and ridiculous amount of issues I had.

works on xbox one and xbox 360 great product......

The headset lasted about 5 years with moderate use. The plastic started crumbling and the adapter died.

My son loves his new headset. We were looking at headsets for his Xbox One and went to several places. We actually got it cheaper at Best Buy.

After updating the controller, these headphones work great!!

I would not recommend these to anyone. Thinking they would be great for playing video games. I didn't know much about these headphones and took a Best Buy employee's recommendation. I bought these and saw it had the separate game and voice volume controls. But you CAN'T use the adapter it comes with on the Xbox One controller. The volume control on this headset is awful and if you're playing a game and trying to talk to friends it makes it very hard to hear and volume cuts in and out. Do Not Buy.

These headphones worked great for the two weeks they actually worked. I tried everything to find out what was wrong with them. Spent hours with Turtle Beach support and still couldn't fix them. So they're solution was for me to spend $10 shipping them in and they'd replace a broken part of they could find it. I decided not to send it in and just ditch Turtle Beach altogether. I had a horrible experience with these headphones and wouldn't recommend the buy. Save up your money and buy a better quality headset.

After reading the reviews of the headset, I decided to purchase it for my 11 year old son. The sound was more then acceptable, however, the microphone did not work. I tried to contact Turtle Beach Support for assistance. Their website indicated I would receive a reply in 2 to 3 days. My son and I decided to return the headset to Best Buy and purchase a different brand.

Bought a pair of these on Black Friday, went home and played COD and one ear stopped working within an hour.. I exchanged them the next day for a new pair, and that pair worked for a few hours before BOTH ears stopped working. Not worth it...

THE ADAPATER DOES NOT FIT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE ON THE BOTTON ON THE XBOX ONE CONTROLLER POOR-CONSTRUCTION; SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO ADAPT!

Its made with 4 prongs on the connector that makes it so you cant even plug it in to your controller. Good job guys
