I honestly just needed a new headset since my old ones broke. I'm not a hardcore gamer, so even though I would've wanted something like the Astros, I really didn't need something with a $250 price tag. These headphones, however, got the job done and that's all I could really ask for. They are stereo so I'm able to hear from which direction the sound is coming from. They're comfortable and I didn't feel any discomfort after about an hour of playing. It took a while to get the chat and game volume at a level that I was comfortable with, but that's a very small, personal detail. Overall, great set for the price I paid.

For the $$ you'd be hard pressed to find a better headset. I purchased the Polk 4-shot, which sound very nice, and cost much more, but didn't hesitate returning them for these Turtlebeach's. I felt much more immersed with the thumping sound that these XO's put out, and the bass boost makes a nice difference, which you have complete control over. For only being stereo, this headset puts out amazing ambient sound. You will not be disappointed in purchasing them.

I got these AFTER purchasing and returning the xo fours. For less money your get a much more comfortable headset and an easier to use adapter. It balances the game and chat noise so if one goes up the other comes down and vice versa which is great if you're like me and you like to chat with friends when you're all playing at the same time. Also the padding on the ear cuffs is outstandingly comfortable. Coming from the rough and not soft AT ALL xo fours these felt like a cloud in comparison. O can play comfortably for hours with this headset. The mic is easily adjustable qhere the xo four was very stiff. There is a talk back feature in which your voice plays in your ears also to prevent over projecting or even yelling into the mic. The only draw back of these is that the bass is not as rich or as deep as the xo fours even with the addictionary bass boost button. This is such a minute factor considering just how incredibly uncomfortable the xo fours are. If you're debating between these and the xo fours just go with the "cheap ones" and be comfortable forever or go up to the xo sevens and get the full experience. AVOID THE XO FOURS!

I have used Turtle Beaches in the past and thought that they were not only too clunky/bulky, but the material would only make my ears sweat and get uncomfortably hot along especially while squeezing against my head. These XO One's are definitely a step up with comfort with flexible frames and padded mesh for extra breathing and comfort. The headphones do a great job in game and play perfect sound.

I really like the Turtle Beach headsets and when I got my Xbox One I needed to find a deal. Bestbuy had the best price when I bought it. I already had a Turtle Beach for my 360 and since it held up well I wanted to stick to the brand. The quality is great and has been great so far. No issues connecting and very simple. Great product!

For the price you really can't beat them. They're comfortable and pretty clear. They came with the adapter so they could be used for other things and the microphone detaches as well. Pretty happy with them.
