It comes with its own adapter for the old style Xbox one controllers. You don't have to deal with all of the extra wires, and the mic is removable so you can use them as headphones with many other devices. If you don't feel like spending a lot of money for a headset, consider this one!

I bought one for xbox 360 and for xbox one and both are definitely excellent product. It has a very clear sounds and very comfortable for the ears even wearing it in a longer period of time.
