We have gone through 4 different sets of Turtle Beach headsets. The sound is great and they work well but my son is tough on headsets. These cannot handle much rough handling. Probably better for teen or adult use.

Money wise was not expensive, sound quality better than I thought it would be, the bass boost is awesome, I have it with a rechargeable dock station last me about 1 week without a problem

My son bought these with his allowance to replace some aging "Star Wars" headphones. He loves the sound. He's really digging the boom mic. No visible sign of wear or tear, yet. Very solid.

Okay, this is a great headset to either start off with or just to grab to have a stereo headset but honestly it's really flexible. See that wouldn't be bad but it's made of thenish plastic and I had one since they came out for xbox one and it broke a piece off the slider to adjust how it fits on your head right above the left ear cuff stereo piece so with out tape it dangles but it still works just like day one! But honestly if your gonna play a lot and want a good one go with the sevens instead of the ones, you'll be better off but if you get these on sale then grab them! Definitely good for a sale price.

These are pretty decent headphones for the $40 I paid on Black Friday for them. I'm sure if you want great ones you would be looking at the $200 pair anyways but if you want a good set for not all that money definitely buy these. Mic picks up breathing very easily which means you can talk softer instead of having to yell for people to hear you. Has a mute button and a bass boost button which is awesome especially for games like call of duty. The sound goes pretty loud so if you really want it like your right there in the game they definitely kick pretty good

I had a POLK ZX Striker headset for my XBOX One but it stopped working in about 3 months. This new Turtle Beach Headset is so much better. It is comfortable when im wearing it. It can totally isolate the the CHAT and VDIEO GAME music from each other so that I only hear the chat and not the game. The ZX didnt do that. It has an on/off mic switch that is lit so you know when your muted.It has a bass boost button that gives you 3 ranges of bass boost. It also has detachable boom mic.The headstrap is also adjustable to your head. I have had it for a few weeks now and im very happy with it so far. It is so much better than the POLK ZX headset that I had.

Love this headset. I got this as a replacement to an older set of Beaches I had. The sound quality is great. Has three different levels for bass, which I LOVE! The mic works well.

Wanted a good quality, simple and affordable headset and these more than deliver. Full, deep sound, comfortable and easy controls and I don't think you can beat these for the price.

Needed to update my headsets. Bought these love the quality of sound, dual ear covers, posable mike, and the controls attached t the controller not line with the wires.

These sets are well made and feel good on the old dome, but serious gamers should know that despite their quality, any headset that plugs into your controller will not be surround sound, so they're limited for Call of Duty style games that require a 3 dimensional sound spectrum.

This is a great set of relatively inexpensive gaming headphones, good sound quality and controller, over ear design keeps them comfortable for long stretches. These certainly aren't the best headphones out there but for the price the value of these XO1s is hard to beat.

Does what you need it to audio and chat. I like to mute the tv and play to keep from disturbing the rest of the house. Kinda hard to connect chat at times and audio quality is ok. Hindsight should have gotten a better set

While the sound quality for the price is very high, I have to admit that it drains your batteries very quickly. My recommendation? Buy rechargeable batteries and be prepared to change them after a few hours of gameplay.

I have owned several Turtle Beach headsets for PC gaming. Purchased this for my fiance to use on our new Xbox One and she is happy with them. Clear sound comfortable for her. She loves them.

These are nice because they come with the adaptor, however they hurt my ears over an hour of wearing. Descent sound quality. Could be a little louder at times.

I've been using the headset that the Xbox has included since 2013 or so. It never bothered me and I actually enjoy listening through my TV. Eventually, the noises in my background became annoying to those I played games with so I decided to grab something cheap. Found these for $40 and they seemed ok. Wasn't expecting much; just enough to not have noises going off. I was very pleasantly surprised of the quality. Can hear everything in-game loud and clear as well as chat. I've only had these for about a month now so take that into consideration. For now, I think these are worth it.

These headphones are great in sounds and extremely comfortable. Wearing for long hours on conference calls I can hear everyone clearly and don't have to adjust them at all.

The headset feels nice and has different fit sizes. The sound quality is really good and so it's the microphone sound. Can play any game and everything sounds amazing.
