The only issue I have ( minor at that) is the sound quality, the quality isn't bad, just wish it was better, controls work great, doesn't waste too much battery life on the controller ( I use the rechargeable one made by Microsoft company), all in all pretty decent product.

I didn't know nothing about turtlebeach headset just gamers enjoyed them and now I know why the sound is amazing and feels so comfortable I wish I got them alot sooner

Has a good sound quality can really here the base. Whish it was a little more padded. After a wile can feel it on head. Mike is removable so thsts good.

the headphones are great. they get a little hot while playing online with my friends. there are sometimes gaps in the listening. i dont know if that is caused by the cord or what. but overrall a great headset

I purchased these almost a month ago and these are a big improvement over my last set. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is good for the price.

I think this is what Turtle Beach is known for, and these are no different. Price wise, I love these. Without spending a too much, these definitely do a great job.

I bought this on sale on Black Friday and it was about 1/2 price so it was worth every penny. My first set sounded like it had a tic tac rolling around inside of one of the headphones but i brought it back to Best Buy and was able to exchange it with no problem.

These headphones have great sound for the price. If you're not looking for anything expensive but better sound than the sucky Xbox ear piece, These are for you.

Works great. Very comfortable. 4 stars because sometimes your u get some static but that could be my controller. Cord to the headset could be longer too.

The quality of sound is really good. I use it to talk with friends while playing on my xbox. They are little more durable than other headsets I've had before.

Love that my grandson can look on line and find what he wants and I can go online and order it having it shipped to him directly. Makes it so easy to be a Grandma in one state and a grandson in another. He was VERY happy with it and loves the way it works with his games.

Communication with game console really bad, no sound in some occasions and sometimes it will disconnect in the middle of the game causing your controller to lose communication with the console as well.

Great headset as you can use them for games or use them as headphones for listening to music on your phone. Wearing the headset for long periods of time does cause some discomfort. Overall this headset is a good buy compared to the Xbox One headset.

Cord bends easily at controller causing a loose connection resulting in issues. great mic. Plastic on headband is weak causing it to brake. Sound is good while head band lasted

Simple setup, good sound quality, friends say that my voice comes through clear with little background noise. Comfortable to wear for extended sessions.
