My son is a big gamer like many teenagers and goes through four or five headphone sets a year it seems! Something is always breaking! These have stood the test of time for my one son and therefore I bought them for my other son in hopes that they will last longer than all the others!

Purchased these for my teenager. So far they are holding up and he says the volume is great.

Nice headset, comfortable and easy to use. Padding isolates external sounds out pretty well.

I was looking for a somewhat inexpensive pair of headphones to replace the ones that came with the Xbox... These work really well and I'm not completely paranoid that they are going to get trashed by my son and his buddies unlike some of the more expensive ones

i bought them here and they didn't work but i got them online and they worked perfectly.

Really enjoying this, friends can hear me clearly and the headphones are terrific and comfortable.

This is my first ever gaming headset, so I have nothing to compare it to. In my opinion, though, they do their job excellently. Sound quality is top notch and being able to hear all game sounds and chat through the headset without having the TV speakers on is a huge plus!

If your mic is too close to your face, you will hear yourself talk in real-time. It is annoying! Plus, the initial use took more effort than plug and play, I had to restart the console at least once to get it to work. That said, the headset meets Turtle Beach's surround sound quality and I have had no complaints from fellow players.

It is a great product. My son really likes it and we like the cords not laying across the floor.
