    So, it comes with an adapter to make it function with the old, original controllers. If you have the new one, or an aftermarket one with just the 1/8th inch jack, you will have to manually edit every volume setting. The system doesn't recognize this headset, and the volume sliders do not work with my current controller. I've never tried it on the original controller because I like playing wired, but... yeah. It's okay for the price.

    To put it simply, I can't hear much outside of the earphones. These headphones allow the user to completely immerse themselves into whatever game they are playing and the mic works just as great.

    I bought this for my son for Christmas for his Xbox. His original headphone mic wasn't working anymore. He loves the new headphones. The sound is awesome and the mic works great. Would recommend.

    My son plays hard and puts this headphones through the ringer. In 5 years this is the first time that they needed to be replaced and that was due to the cat chewing the cord up one night.

    Isolates the desired voice/ music I want. As well as the diversity to use for games via X box 1 or as plain headphones for my music thru my I phone. Affordable enough without sacrificing quality.
