Decent product so far, You get what you pay for but atleast they have lasted more then a month, as I've replaced many headsets due to mic going out or one of the head phones but this one is still kicking

My 15 year old seems to like them. At first the microphone was not working but unplugging it and reinserting it worked. Its a little odd you have a separate little thing to plug the controller into but that's the controls.

Only had the headset for about 2 weeks before I had to exchange it because there was no sounds out of one side. The same thing happened to the second one I got:/

After looking through the reviews and comparing prices, we settled on this unit. My son had a $50 card and this was on sale right at that price. He has enjoyed using it for his games with friends online.

Great surround sound. Work well. Tricky to setup though. You have to change audio settings in Xbox to Surround for game audio to come through. Easy to find instructions for this online, but none in box.

Headset nice, a little bulky great sound. Customer service not very helpful or informed. When you ask for help you get a lot of guessing and can be frustrating

My son plays online with friends regularly and good quality headphones make a difference. I did speak with a sales rep before purchasing to ensure I was getting a good product. For a little more money, we got a better quality headset.

They are really comfortable and have great quality sound, but my mic goes out pretty frequently and has some trouble connecting with my Xbox at times.

These headphones get the job done;however, they do get a bit uncomfortable after awhile wearing them. The sound is pretty good but will cut out every so often.

I brought these a while back and they are great only problem i have is that I brought grip for my controller and once a while the give a lot of static but other than that I think it's a good buy

I use them very often my only complaint is that sometimes you may hear some static or in echo. If I plan to play more I may get a better set but for the occasional use it is not bad for the price.

my son has no complaints about the headset. he loves that he can play at night with no volume on the TV cause i would always come in and tell him to turn it down so it brings peace to me to.

I can now chat and hear great. I tried the Microsoft chat messenger pad and that had static and bad connections. After a lot of research , I felt this was the best bang for my buck. Very pleased so far!!!

Usually when I game I avoid interacting with other players. I wanted to give it a whirl though after I bought my Xbox One S without spending a fortune. I think this was a good choice for me.

I knew turtle beach was known to be a good brand of gaming headphones, but I was disappointed in these. The headphones seem cheaply made, but I guess that's what to expect at this price point.

These were a gift to my grandson who is 13 via a recommendation from his dad, my son, for a Christmas gift. He loves them and uses them every day. Said the sound effects are awesome!!

No complaints, this is a good starter headset for the xbox one. Being a divorced single dad I purchased one for my son as well so we can be online together when he's at his moms.

Great sound quality. Doesn't fully mute chat when change up to game sound. Small fit around the ears... best for teens not adults

I got these for a friend as a birthday present and she's very happy with them. I'm thinking I'll be buying a set for myself and my wife soon so we can all play online together.

I've had the headset since May '16. I haven't had any issues with them. I really like the adapter that's included. I like having physical buttons to press to adjust the volume.
