Very bad product

In February the charging end broke in pieces when my son took it out from the XBOX. We replaced it with a second pair, which was defective. He was receiving sound only in the left side. We replaced that one also. Now we are on the third pair in the last three months. Very disappointed with this product and the price I had to pay for it.
