I bought these specifically for games like Titanfall and COD Ghosts. The sound quality is excellent, but for me, the Earforce X41's have yet to be beaten/improved upon by Turtle Beach. I bought these to replace my X41's as they didn't work with the Xbox One very well. I love that there are no batteries to charge with this unit, but don't like that it has to be connected to your controller in order to hear the sound. (Again, the X41's didn't require this.) Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and would recommend this to anyone other than beginner/rare players. But if you play just once or twice a week, I would still suggest getting these. (It also spares those in your household from having to share in the explosive goodness that is video games.)

Awesome headphones! They work exactly as advertised.

Overall the headset were ok, other then being wired and the superhuman hearing was not clear. Sounded like it was about to blow the speakers out. Headset were comfortable good sound minus the SHH, but for the price not were it should be.

This is a great headset. The sound is crystal clear and the directional surround sound is awesome. The controls are really easy to use. It is just a bit tight in my head though.

The XO Sevens have a sturdy, comfortable build and produce great sound. However, their low top volume and lack of a bass boost feature leave me wanting more. I miss my X12s. These are a quality product, but not worth their typical retail price.

Comfortable to wear and great sound. I have had to disconnect the adapter from the controller a few times because they were not communicating, reconnected and they work again.

Got them for my nephew on x-mas and he loved them!

The quality is outstanding and the sound is great.

The best headset I've owned so far. The sound quality is amazing, the Mic is pretty awesome, very sensitive, and also COMFORTABLE! I can wear these for hours on end without the slightest bit of discomfort.

Bought these headphones on July 2017, and currently writing this review in December 2019. Great headset, and good sound quality. Never used the super human hearing feature all that frequently though. The cover for the cushion around the ear parts(?) started peeling at one point, but never affected sound quality of discomfort. The end of it’s lifespan came when the plastic connecting right ear piece to the headband tore. Good headset overall, bet it would’ve lasted longer with more care in putting it on and removing it.

I brought these for my two son's who are big gamers they love them. The sound quality is awesome, the battery life is amazing and the range of distance makes it easy to stay connected

I really enjoy these headphones. They have great sound quality and are really comfortable. I haven't used them to chat but I feel fully immersed into my games with the surround sound.

This head set by comparison to all is really good, but not excellent. With that said, they are however great for a mid-higher priced head set. They sound really good, but they do lack the decibels I like. The included controller adapter is the best feature. You can adjust main volume as well as the mix between game and chat volumes, mute your mic, or turn on super human hearing. The super human hearing is a little gimmicky to me, as it just takes away all the bass and pushes the treble all the way up. I would wait until they are on sale for around $100 for that's what I think they're worth, good but not great.

Setup took less time than it did getting it out of the packaging. Sounds great for gaming. I have not worn it more than a couple hours but in that time it's not uncomfortable.

Best headset ever! It's great cause I can hear everything and when I need to be quiet in house I never have to worry about missing a thing in my game. Mic is clear and the headset fits very comfy.

the headset is great no long cable to deal with only issue is sometimes looses connection while playing games. it sounds great can hear people in any direction like there beside me

I have the XP SEVEN.. which I love btw :) So I was kinda hesitant on going w/ the XO SEVEN or the TITANFALL ATLAS.. Both of which haven't received very good reviews so far. But because I'm using my XP SEVEN on my PS4 now I decided on this for my Xbox One.. Let me make something really clear.. Any issue you may have w/ this headset's features or quality can be directed at Microsoft! There is nothing wrong with the XO SEVEN . Turtle Beach has done everything they could to make the XO SEVEN as good as they possibly could w/ the challenge they were given w/ Microsoft's console.. I truly hope that you can understand this. As for me.. I'm very happy with my purchase & hope you will be too
