Awesome Headset!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is definitely the premium choice. It has memory foam like ear cushions covered in pleather. Sturdy construction and a nice headband. The sound is incredible when gaming and even when using the in-line mic cable on the go for music. My only complaint might be biased because of the size of my dome, but I unfortunately have to wear a beanie so that my head doesn't hurt after playing a couple of hours. But overall a awesome headset!

Great sound but poor construction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The headset sounds great, everything is crisp and clear. But about 3 months after purchasing a small piece popped of where the ear piece meets the head band, I didn't think much of it at first. A week or so later the same piece popped off on the other side. Now it appears that these pieces were for structural integrity as both sides are now cracked and the ear pieces no longer sit over my ears like they are supposed to.

Not good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited when I bought these, but after taking them home and opening them I was disappointed from the start. First they feel cheaply made, every time you move them or adjust them they squeak. They get uncomfortable after about an hour of wear. The top band hurts the most. They will make your ears sweat. Then the sound.. Highly disappointed. When I play a game with my buddy he always ask, "You didn't hear him coming, I heard him on my headset." He has the Microsoft xbox one stereo headset. Ive had them for about a year and already falling apart. The material on the ear cups is ripping and falling off. The only good thing about this headset is the mic, my friends say I sound clear, and the folding design for the ear cups. Do not buy, pay the little extra for Astros. (or spend less and get the stereo headset.)

Thumbs Up Turtle Beach!!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was on the fence about purchasing these XO Sevens,But what caught my eye was the fact no RF receiver needed to be connected to console. This product is truly wireless from the system to headset. Both in-game and audio controls are separate. All i needed to do was plug the adaptor to my controller/Update,DONE!!! By far the easiest setup. Great Product. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHow is this powered?Battery, direct to system/outlet or rechargeable
Asked by Zero.
- A:Answer This headset plugs into and is powered through the XBONE controller. no need for separate batteries.

Q: QuestionHow long is the cord that connects the headset to the console? Is another cord able to be connected to the headset if this one isn't long enough? Curious if the cord would make it from the couch to the console without creating tugging.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer The cord connects to the Headset Audio Controller (included) that connects to the controller - so no need to plug it into the console. I don't know the exact length off-hand, but its gotta be three feet or more - its plenty to go from the controller to your head, even with the controller resting on a tale in front of you or something.

Q: QuestionXO SEVEN PRO OR PX24?I have the PX24 and I would like to upgrade to these (XO Seven Pro). But after looking at the spec's I can not find any difference between these 2 headsets. Can anybody point out what the pro's would be to getting the XO Seven Pro over the PX24? Thank you!
Asked by Maverick.
- A:Answer The adapter that provides four different sound functions and will mimic true surround. It's amazing to hear the direction of footsteps while playing call of duty. Worth the upgrade.

Q: Questionwhich xbox one turtle beach headphones should I buy for 14 yr old son? There are several to choose from. He said wireless. He plays modern warfare.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer I would recommend the XO 7 Pro. They are $160 and are now on sale for $125. Here's my personal review on them... After using these for a few months now, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Honestly these are the best sounding headsets I've ever had so far. The bass is great and not overpowered. The sound is very very crisp and you can hear every angle. For those who are planning on getting these headsets, they also include an extra cable for mobile use and you will still get great sound. Comfort wise...VERY COMFORTABLE. I was worried since previous turtle beaches were very uncomfortable after long periods of gaming. It is memory foam so it keeps a nice snug fit. GREAT for canceling out sound. Not just outside sound, but also from the headset. As in if you like your sound LOUD, it cancels out the sound so others can't hear it. There are 4 settings for game volume options. I would suggest setting 3. It has treble and bass boost. If you just want bass boost, then setting 2 will fit what you need. I personally just like balance between the two. DON'T LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. "It's not 7.1 surround sound!" It is. "Terrible sound quality!" It's actually the best I've heard. Either they did something wrong or they had it shipped to them. (I never have electronics shipped to me. Too many risks) All in all, to end this review, I highly recommend these headsets to anyone either for gaming, music, or both.

Q: QuestionAre these refurbished or new?
Asked by Luis.
- A:Answer Well mine were new from the store for around $77. They do have them online as a open box refurbished. When shopping online look closely at the description. They do a good job at posting that info. My store also has a isle just for open box/ refurbished. I don’t think this model is going to be around much longer as there wireless series is coming out.

Q: QuestionCan you hook up the headset without audio (OUT) Jacks on my TV
Asked by Chris.
- A:Answer Are you talking about while using Xbox? Or just tv audio? If xbox, it connects to headset only. If tv, it's Not the best choice
