Sound is excellent,Feels a little weird without a physical mic. If you dont mind spending a little more on headsets I recommend these.

Sounds quality is great! When it works properly. But the biggest issue with this headset is the quality of materials used to make these. The headband has cracked and fell apart twice. When you fully extend the headband it puts a lot of stress on them. I’ve sent my first pair back to turtle beach and they replaced with a new headset. Two months after using the new set and taking extreme caution when using you guessed it the headband cracked and eventually just fell apart. Now the speakers won’t stay retracted. For $270 I was expecting these to last me a very long time. My first pair lasted almost 8 months second set 2 months. You can’t even buy this headset anymore I wonder why! Now I’m stuck with another broken headset that was a replacement so I have no receipt to even try to replace them. Turtle beach should realize they have a problem with this design and at least offer a different style. Just to be clear I’m and adult and don’t abuse my possessions nor let anyone else use or miss handle my stuff.

For starters I have to have good gaming headsets or I don't enjoy gaming like I use too. That being said I've become a bit of a headphone snob. I have to have wireless headsets and the options this headphone has cause I hate cords with a passion. That being said my 1* review is due to replacing these from breaking 5 times total I believe within one year. I'm 32 and treat them with great care yet this things just still break one way or another and stop working usually around the 3 month mark. One only lasted a month. These are the biggest piece of junk I've ever known. That being said I have a friend who has a pair as well and his have been doing ok and he's just as careful with his as I am. Not sure my luck with these thing but make sure you buy the Best Buy insurance plan it's a MUST. It's save me roughly $1,500 on junk. THANK YOU BEST BUY. Now I've preordered the new Astro A50 completely wirseless that are a few weeks from release. I will try them now and hope for greener pastures.

These headphones are just what I was looking for!!

They sound excellent and have plenty of features, my only complaint is that after a while they do get a little uncomfortable.

very good quality sound, its missing the voice changer from older models but it does an excellent job of reproducing sounds from the game.

Pretty good headset, completely wireless. def recommend the extended warranty since they break easy around the ears.

I like the way they filter out the other sounds. It makes the music more enjoyable. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

Got these when my old 550 head band broke. Had to pay the difference but worth the extra money. Well days after my 2 year warranty now headset will not power on. This will be the last set of turtle beach will by. Come on 5 days after the warranty expires it dies and the extended warranty is out also. I guess this is the reason they no longer make them. last just long enough to make it and then crap out to force you to buy another head set
