They are constantly staticky and I can barely hear the video game I’m playing and if I’m not in an Xbox party, I’ve had several people tell me that my headset volume is extremely low even when it’s up to its max volume. It dies extremely fast, I’ll fully charge it and after only an hour or two it’ll be dead. I want my money back, not a gift card and I want to be reimbursed for the protection plan I bought for it as well. Ever since I bought then it’s been problem after problem and just when I think the headphones will act right, the audio and battery issues start back up.

It sounds pretty realistic especially playing COD. I got these on sale so they were a steal! I used this on the ps4!

So they are wired headphones but your can’t use them unless the battery is charged, that’s step one. Second thing that drives me insane is you need to turn a switch to turn them on and when you turn everything off and you don’t turn the little switch off on the headphones they die and the next time you want to play you can’t because they are dead.

Some of our wired model headsets (i.e. Stealth 300 and Recon 200) require charging due to the fact that they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.
Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).
