Q: how long does it take to fully charge..and how do you know it is done charging
A: I haven’t seen it take more than 2 hours. And I don’t charge it every day. There’s a red light that indicates it’s charging. When it’s done, the light just shuts off.
Q: Are these wireless because I clearly see the wire in the picture
A: It says it is a “wired stereo gaming headset” in the name so... I sure hope it’s wired!
A: There is a switch on the Recon 200 that allow you to use with Xbox or PS4. The same switch acts as a power switch so there are 3 positions, Xbox, OFF, and PS4.
Q: Works fine with PC? which would you set it to the xbox or PS4 setting for pc?
A: Thanks for your question. This headset can be used on a PC with a headset jack. You would want to set it to Xbox One mode in that set up.
A: They can be used for PS4, Xbox, PC, phone... anything you would plug headphones into. There is a switch on the back of the left ear piece to switch between PS4 and Xbox.
A: The cable on this is a bit under 4 feet long.
