Awesome! - Except for one flaw

Very comfortable in top of head and ears and it's no problem leaving it on and playing for hours. However, it's a wired headset and it still makes you charge it?? What the hell is with that? I've had all wired headsets before and never had to charge it and monitor battery life. Super annoying. Other than that, this headset is perfect.

The headset has a mouthpiece, comfortable ear grips, definitely don't think you have to spend $100 just to get a decent headset, these are $29.99 and just as good.

Great Headset for Xbox or PlayStation

The sound is great and chatting with friends is amazing. The one fault I have with the headset is, that if you don’t set the power button just right in the off position it will drain the power quickly. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Why would they make it like this?

What bothers me is that you must charge it to use it, so most of the time I have 2 cords running from it. It drives me NUTS. The sound is great and so it the mic. It's also has the option to pickup outside noise like a noise canceling feature. I just wish you didn't have to charge it so much.

The Recon 200s require charging due to the fact that they are amplified headsets. In order for the amplification to work, the headset would need to be powered by a power source of some sort.
Rather than tethering you to the console or another power source via a USB cable, we placed a rechargeable battery in the headset. This allows you to only have one connection to the console's controller, rather than two (one to the console, one to the controller).
We would suggest charging the headset when you're finished using it to ensure you have a full battery for your next gaming session.

These have great noise cancelling and sound quality. Headphones are also user friendly and they stand the test of my son in durability! Would highly recommend!

He plays PC games and I was glad to know that it was compatible. The only reason why it's one star less is because of the need to be charged but other than that it has been great. Like the fact that the mic can be lifted up to put on mute.

The sounds is great on these headphones and I love how you can retract the boom mic to mute. The cord is a decent length too. The only thing I wish you didn’t have to do was charge it every so often, but the amplified sound does make them sound great.
