I like to play competitively and a surround sound headset can really make a difference. I plugged it in with all recommended settings (and then later messed around with other setting options) and there was always delay with the surround sound. This seems to be an issue with other surround sound headsets as well so at the moment I'm stuck with this product. As far as stereo settings go, it works great and has no delay. So I decided to keep the headset for high quality stereo sound and I am hoping there will be an update to fix the delay for the surround sound. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone until it is updated because it is just too expensive for a stereo headset.

I did purchase an extended warranty but the equipment should last longer than it has for me. I’m hoping warranty covers it, that’s why I paid for it!
