Bought the extended warranty and replaced it but had to buy another $10 warranty for the new one..so really the product is $10 more than listed price or you lose your whole investment! She did like them the sound is great..just cheaply made.

This set you cannot hear out of one of the eats anymore. My 12 year old son bought this with his money he earned and now is totally upset. I have checked them myself, reached out to the company and they will not cover it it. Don't waste your money on any of their crap. This was the second set as the first one broke 3 days after getting it, at least Best Buy stood behind the first pair and simply did a store exchange. We have another pair different model bought end of 2018 and they are broken also, and those are suppose to be better quality ... oh and they will not stand behind them either.... NICE JOB well to leave your clients stranded on a beach with your crap.
