Good headset for beginners

The sound is not that loud and it does not cancel outside noise. I still use this headset but will be upgrading pretty soon. Overall it's good quality and great for beginners.

Poor Product

My other son had the same headphones with similar longevity issues. No more Turtle Beach for us!
