Thank you for leaving your feedback. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. Please bear in mind that your headset will wear in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.turtle beach is garbage.First set my dog chewed the mic up so had the huge hassle of going onto turtle beaches awfull site and order a new mic,then the heaphones stop working mic issues,sound issue with only a few months of use.My son really liked turtle beach so i got him another set and bam second pair broke to with the same issue in about 2-3 months. I finally gave up and decided time for him try out another brand. what a waste! stay away from turtle beach low cost headset.

At times you can only hear out of the left side. I do not recommend this product, also I don’t believe there is a warranty for replacement. $25 dollars flushed down the toilet.
